    New wafer.  The bag is sealed most of the way across
    the
    top but there is a 2-1/2" section that didn't seal.  WE CANNOT guarantee the wafer is still clean.  We did take a peak inside the container to get the information off the wafer but the bag was not opened to do this.  The picture you see is taken through the bag.  The wafer pictured is the exact one you will receive.
