is caught in southeastern pacific waters - mostly off Ecuador and Peru. The tuna is wild-caught and sustainably harvested and the fisheries follow strict standards for fishery management and conservation governed by various organizations. The tuna is both skipjack and big eye and suitable for those with a gluten-free diet. It is packed in sunflower oil because it's much better quality than soybean or canola. Manabi Tuna's Shelf life is 4 years from the pack date.
