Can perform a wide range of analysis tasks including quickly characterizing step heights,
roughness, waviness, process induced stress, radius of curvature and a range of geometrical
features.
Designed for research and development surface profiling as well as for production
applications.
The P-11 automatically provides accurate surface topography measurements on a large variety
of surfaces.
The P-11 Long Scan Profiler has sequencing and statistical reporting capabilities where up to
600 different scans (locations and recipes) can be programmed.
The system’s Open Frame configuration accommodates measurement scans of large samples
such as printed circuit boards and flat panel displays.
