Collectible Porcelain Doll With Stand

From my Moms vast collection of dolls.
This one was displayed for some time.
Sadly the box and papers went missing.
After over 3 hours searching the web
and over 5,000 pictures viewed.
I could not find one like it.
Similar so maybe the same brand.
So I know nothing about it's origin.
It was stored in a box wrapped in a towel.
Very intricate and lace covered dress.
A hoop under the dress needs released.
But the whole outfit is in disarray .
Even the left eye brow is loose.
Needs some love and attention.
