porcelain, baby doll created by the famous artist, Bonita Worthing.  Baby Kay is number 29 of only 1,000 made worldwide.  She is crafted of fine, bisque porcelain, and her joyous features are hand-painted.  She has big, blue eyes, with miles-long lashes both on the top and bottom, rosy cheeks, and a wide-grinned smile with little dimples on either side.  She has silky, brown hair styled in a bob with a pink bow on top.  Her gorgeous, yet understated and classic costume is hand-stitched.  She is wearing a pink dress with white, print flowers and a white, lace collar with a pink bow at the neck along with a layered, abundant cotton slip with lace and matching pantaloons.  She has been on display behind glass in a curio, and Baby Kay is as lovely and clean as she appears in the pictures.  There is no dust or dirt on her.  She will be packaged very carefully and securely prior to shipping.
