Description and characteristics
Black simulated caviar has a more affordable price compared to the natural product. It is made on the basis of salmon broth, and then tinted with a special dye in black. The product has a very elastic texture, so it can be easily spread on sandwiches. Simulated caviar has a rather strong smell and taste of fish.
Ingredients: salmon broth, salt, thickener E401, sunflower oil, sugar, flavoring agent "black Caviar", dye E153.

The product is pasteurized. Ready for use.
Shelf life: 6 months.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature from -2'C to +6'C.
