New compact anode layer ion source designed to fit in a 2.75" conflat nipple. Compatible with hydrogen/deuterium and inert gasses. ONE ion source included per purchase.
Ion source is guaranteed against DOA only. Suitability of the ion source for the end application is the responsibility of the buyer.
