Description
We have for your consideration this 1972 International Harvester Travelall 1010 with the 392 in³ V8 engine. The Torqueflite 727 transmission was rebuilt and has about 100 miles on it. This is the survivor car with a solid frame and solid floors. Numbers matching. At some point somebody redid the seats and door panels. The power back window still works with the key at the tailgate. Dual gas tanks and dual exhaust. This is a 2 wheel drive model. This vintage suv does have some rust but it's ready to be restored or customized. You will have to do some brake work to get it on the road as you have to push your foot all the way to the floor to get it to stop. The system holds fluid. We believe it to be a booster or master cylinder problem but no guarantees. Also the lights are not working. We have not looked into it but more than likely a switch or something basic as none of its working. The windshield wipers do work. There is a Holley 4 barrel carburetor on the engine. The truck fires right up and runs smoothly. The hood blacks need some attention as well. It's a pain to get the hood open. You could be on the road with as little as some brake work and some lights. We have the appropriate paperwork. This car is located for viewing and pick up in Holly Michigan zip code 48442. Sold as is where is with no warranties or guarantees expressed, written, or implied. This is an "in cash" deal upon pick up. The car must be paid for and picked up within 5 days of the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
