    Description

    Vehicle Details
Original 1971 Boss 351 Grabber Yellow Mustang. Need to clear some room in the garage. Highly optioned and highly documented solid car. All numbers-matching car with fresh paint (inside and out). Original rear end. If you are in the market for one of these, you know what it is and I won’t waste the time describing its rarity. This car is ready to reassemble. Every single part required for the reassembly is inventoried and comes with the vehicle including reproduction F60 tires, shocks, headliners and interior, new custom-produced Boss 351 toned exhaust pipes and mufflers to replicate the original sound, carpet, fuel lines, rail car tie-downs, every single Concours correct bolt, nut, washer, bulb, and screw. The only thing left to do is re-chrome the original bumpers (which are included), detail the rear axle, and get the brakes of your choice. This car was an original rim-blow (included), power steering, deluxe interior; console, MAG 500 car. Original NOS Ford MAG 500s from the 1970s and their caps are still in their orginal boxes! 1 of 79 produced in 1971 with just the paint/trim codes alone; Boss package makes this then much rarer. Deluxe Marti Report included. Quite a bit of NOS parts included in the sale: I was going to assemble it but just don’t have the time. I spent the better part of 5 years hunting down original parts that are within the correct date range for this vehicle. The original tinted glass comes with the car except for the front windshield which is a date-coded reproduction. Hard to find items include: rebuilt D1ZF-ZA blue-tag carb, replated original distributor, original 2 ¼” exhaust manifolds, BA-dipstick, re-cored DA radiator, original fuel tank along with a new galvanized one (you get both), original (and in superb condition) deluxe seats, Hurst shifter, original spare tire, inflator, etc. as well as all the Ram-Air stuff, etc. Original build-sheet (found under original carpet), Ford Factory brake test and consumer information document from April 1971, original owner’s card, and all the registration slips from 1977-1995, including scheduled maintenance and tax documents. The engine was blueprinted and in good condition when removed for painting by the previous owner; however, the new owner is responsible for ensuring the operational aspect (recommend breaking it down for review) as the car has been stored for 16 years. The car lived most of its life in Florida, originally sold in New York. Will not sell parts. Buyer responsible for transport; however, I will provide reasonable facilitation. Will answer any reasonable questions. No expressed or implied warranties. The car is in Georgia. The car is for sale locally as well. Priced reasonably due to the time required to reassemble.
