1967 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Convertible Complete Parts Or Project

For your consideration is a 1967 Oldsmobile Delta 88 convertible. This is a complete car that has been parked for about 25 years. It was originally from Texas, I purchased it from a northern VA estate a few years ago. The body is solid, I have kept it covered with the camper shell in the pictures since I have owned it. The engine is in the car however it is seized and not running. I was told that it was running when it was parked. There is no title for the car, a bill of sale will be provided. The car can stay for a month as long as it has been paid for.
