    Description

Here is the rolling body of a 1966 Dodge Coronet 2-door hardtop.  Would make a good platform for a project car if you have the parts to bolt to it.  Has had the majority of parts removed that will unbolt (no doors or bumpers or grill or trunk lid or interior or engine or transmission etc), but it still has the hood, fenders, headlight assemblies, hood latch, quarter glasses and regulators, rear glass (non-tinted, in good condition), exterior moldings around the windshield and rear window, the driprail moldings, the wheelwell lip moldings, uncut dash shell, front suspension, and 8 3/4" rear end.  Is straight and dent-free aside from a few dings at the front edge of the fenders, and apparently has never been wrecked.  Has some rust, but it is readily repairable.  Concerning the floor pan, the driver's foot area has serious rust-through and it will need to be replaced, however there are no rust holes in the rest of the floorpan.  The cowl is NOT rusted.  There is some rust-through in the lower part of the quarter panels, but this could be patched (full quarter panel replacement is NOT needed).  Has NO roof rust, and no rust around the lip for the trunk lid.  However, there is significant rust-through in the UPPER part of the trunk pan, which has been fiberglassed over (NOT in the lower spare tire area, but rather on the upper surface.....apparently there was water under the trunk mat for an extended period).  The only fender rust damage is a small spot in the lower rear of the driver's side.  The hood and its inside lips have no rust damage.  Car had the 361 big-block engine and auto trans.  with floor shifter and console (still has the brackets for mounting the console).  Did NOT have A/C.  I have the title and VIN plate for this car, and it also has the inner-fender data plate.  The VIN number is WP23F65129050.  Is available for pickup in Sweet Home, Oregon (about 100 miles south of Portland Oregon).
